Honestly it could be a lot worse. I do enjoy it here and have had issues with roaches and bat bugs in the past but as long as you stay up with cleanliness and prep exactly how the pest control guys tell you to prep, you'll be fine and the problem WILL go away. Eveyone is under the presumption that Bridge Square is infested with bed bugs and as a tenant for almost 2 years, I can tell you that these are in fact bat bugs and NOT bed bugs. Bridge Square deals with a small bat problem during the hotter months but because they are a protected species there is only so much they can do. Good news is that the bats go away as soon as it gets cold and bat bugs cannot reproduce or grow to their adult stage off of human blood, so the problem does go away and is not nearly as bad as having actual bed bugs. I did battle a small German roach infestation but because I was lucky to catch it in time, I was relived from it within a week. Going through the infestation caused me to search for a different apartment to live in (I was going to just pay 2 leases) and in doing so, I read over 100+ different reviews from apartments located in Northglenn, Thornton, Arvada, Lakewood, Westminster, Denver etc. And I'm thankful I did that because it helped me realize that Bridge Square is not as bad as some of these other complexes. Other low income apartments' reviews often mention how maintenance orders take forever to fulfill and how there is trash all over the grounds, how infestations are heavy and pest control is hard to get ahold of, etc. A few things I can say about Bridge Square is that eveytime I have ever had an appliance go out or needed plumbing to be done, they are there either that day or the next day to fix it. The matinence team is very adamant about getting things done and I appreciate that. Circling back to the German infestation, a lot of people say German roaches are hard to get rid of but I don't think so because they sprayed my apartment once and those suckers were gone. Js pest control is who they go through and they are a reputable company that has been serving the area for 20+ years. I've also spoken with the owner and he is a nice man. The ladies in the front office have only ever been kind to me and I love how they have really tried to turn this place around. Extra points for the awesome fashion they always have. They also do nice community inclusive things like give out free ice cream, free pizza, raffle off things like air fryers and other cool things, they also do back to school giveaways, and they are very good at letting tennants know about these happenings. As far as neighbors go, everyone here typically sticks to themselves and that's okay. It's a quiet place for the most part but you'll occasionally hear teenagers being loud in the playground area after dark but I'd rather them be outside playing and being kids instead of being stuck on their phones. People can say what they want,but all of these low income apartments come with the same issues however Bridge Square handles those issues and does a good job compared to many other low income apartments that I've read reviews on. You get what you pay for. If your going to live here, it is mandatory to stay up on cleanliness and really watch the clutter because QUICKLY it can go south. I'm guessing it's cause some of the other tenants DO NOT keep up with good housekeeping and that's why the persistent roach problem keeps coming back. However, I only dealt with it ONCE in my 2 years of living here. It will definitely be a bittersweet moment when move out because I do plan on moving onto bigger and better things. I also love how the laundry rooms are always clean and for the most part always available. And in the mornings, the maintenance crew is up early picking up trash and making sure the complex stays well maintained. I've had such a love/hate relationship with this place. It's the cheapest apartment complex in Brighton, that definitely comes with its own issues but as long as you're a clean person and spray 409 on everything, you'll be okay. Thanks Bridge Square.

I have lived here since 2021, and the team in office is the best we have had!! Joanna and Leslie are the absolute best!! They FINALLY got rid of the horrid neighbor no else could get rid of!! This place is a great value! Bruce and staff will answer any questions about the property and the area that you may have. The grounds are kept very clean. The pool and elevators are wonderful to have. Thank you Bruce and Jose for leaving with a wonderful lasting impression.

I have been living here for a few years. The maintenance team Jose and Bruce, are amazing!! The professionalism Jose exudes is such a perk to living here. I would rather deal with him than the office manager. No matter what the issue is she NEVER has returned one phone call to me. If I send my husband down she helps him immediately. This behavior is extremely unprofessional and not to mention rude. The previous lady Reina was amazing. Not sure what happened there, but this lady is terrible.

Having had lived in ‘luxury style’ apartments downtown Denver, to more cost effective options; I can attest that Bridge Square apartments go above and beyond expectations. Yes the building may not have been build last year, but the remodels that they have done to the units have changed the entire atmosphere and truly make it feel like home. Whenever there are any questions or concerns, management is very attentive and responds in a timely matter. Maintenance will respond and provide the necessary work within a couple of days, which is so hard to see in other places. The bonuses of the property would be the greatly maintained laundromat as well as the playground on site. It is a family friendly place and great distance from nearby shops!! Since the Bridge Square apartments has moved on to new management, I have seen a very positive and drastic change. Perla in the leasing office was extremely helpful with our onboarding process and settling into our new home. She is a very professional and yet charismatic individual. Thank you for all you do :)

This apartment complex has a great management team. they do truly care about the wellbeing of the residents. despite some issues with another resident, the property manager has gone above and beyond to be not only helpful, but kind and curious despite me being upset at times. There are no bugs at all, which these days is rare to find, the office staff is very kind and always willing to say hello and be helpful. The apartments itself, are clean, well maintained, and the maintenance staff are second to none. I do recommend this place to those looking for an affordable place to live. Good Job to the staff!

My family has lived here at Bridge Square for 6 years now. The recent management change has been a god send. They took over, and everything has gotten 100% better. We had waited for a 2bdrm for 3 yrs, I literally let them know this and with 2 weeks, they moved us in to the exact 2 bdrm I had wanted. They have cleaned up everything, the dog run is awesome and the maintenance is awesome and so is the office staff. We love our apaprtment and we love loving her. Nothing like feeling at home!!!! I would recommend the one bdrm and the 2 bdrm and let pet owners know that this a pet friendly living, with clean grass and a large pet run. Thank you so much for helping us get moved to a bigger apaprtment.

We had to have our electrical boxes updated and the new ones were smaller than the old ones so there was a big old hole around it. The maintenance crew was quick to get people in to fix the hole. Now you can't even tell there was ever a hole.
